【Responsible Corporate Governance】CRRC Holds Briefing Session on Its 15th Five-Year Plan and Medium- to Long-Term Development Strategic Outline

  CRRC held a briefing session in Tangshan on May 30 to communicate its 15th Five-Year Plan and Medium- to Long-Term Strategic Outline. The meeting set out CRRC’s strategic direction for the next five-year planning period and beyond, with a focus on high-quality development, world-class enterprise building, innovation, value creation, and modern governance.

  Sun Yongcai, Party Secretary and Chairman of CRRC Group, attended the meeting and delivered remarks. Wang Feng, Deputy Party Secretary, General Manager and President of CRRC, chaired the session, and Vice President Yu Weiping presented the Strategic Outline. Members of CRRC’s senior leadership team and Board of Directors also attended.

  According to the Strategic Outline, CRRC will continue to carry forward its mission of “connecting the world and benefiting humanity” and remain committed to its strategic positioning centered on rail transit equipment, integrated solutions and world-class development. During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, CRRC will continue to pursue high-quality growth while accelerating its development into a world-class enterprise.

  The company will focus on strengthening value creation, innovation leadership and reform-driven development. It will further advance its core businesses in rail transit equipment and new energy equipment, enhance its industrial competitiveness, and strengthen its ability to serve national development priorities, global mobility needs and the green transition.

  The Strategic Outline emphasizes several key priorities for CRRC’s long-term development, including outstanding product quality, stronger brand influence, technology-led innovation and modern corporate governance. CRRC will work to build a more complete industrial structure, deepen the integration of industrial and technological innovation, improve the precision of resource allocation, enhance governance and management efficiency, and strengthen the role of leadership and organizational capability in supporting sustainable growth.

  The company also aims to advance world-class development across multiple dimensions, including overall corporate strength, industry position, technological innovation, value creation, brand and culture, talent development, resource allocation, governance effectiveness, and long-term strategic execution.

  The meeting was attended by CRRC’s senior technical leaders, chief scientists, disciplinary inspection and trade union representatives, inspection team leaders, full-time external directors of affiliated enterprises, heads of headquarters departments, and senior executives from tier-one and key tier-two subsidiaries.
